Job Summary

Join as a Finance Manager to lead finance operations, drive strategic financial planning, and support business growth through effective financial management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to inform management decisions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to optimize resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements to mitigate risks and maintain legal standards
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities to facilitate audits and regulatory processes
• Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
• Manage payroll, CPF contributions, GST filings, and corporate tax matters to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Provide detailed financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making and growth initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, CPF, and corporate tax regulations
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting
• Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive team and organizational success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
