Manager – Finance
· For a medium size 20-35 mil p.a. Singapore HQ based IT Services Company
· For Leading a team of 2-3 Finance professionals and Admin team
Brief Job Description
1. Prepare and review monthly and Annual Financial Group Accounts, Profit and Loss, Cash flow, Balance Sheet, also consolidate the Group Subsidiary accounts.
2. Prepare and review of subsidiary accounts and liaise with respective finance officers-in-charge
3. Prepare and review of Intercompany balances between parent and subsidiaries
4. Preparation and follow up of Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable of all clients and vendors weekly / monthly
5. Preparation of presentations for management review on financial statement every month
6. Monthly closing all Management accounts and quarterly closing of management accounts for Variable Pay payments to all staff.
7. File all GST quarterly and IRAS tax returns with the help of professional advisors if needed.
8. Liaise with Sales team and follow up all AR collection and also in charge of all Sales Invoicing, Purchase Order invoicing to vendors and inventory management
9. Liaise with CEO and top management on Weekly and monthly review of financial progress and sales performance
10. Joint Approval authority of all Trade and NON-Trade expenses including Project Financing
11. Manage all Banking and funding relationships and help CEO/Directors in raising funds if needed.
12. Daily Cash management reporting and handling of all Bank accounts and payments
13. Annual Preparation of budget (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash Flow) for head office
14. Annual consolidation of group Accounts and budget and preparation of presentations for management
15. Prepare and review of monthly closing entries for head office account, and several subsidiaries account (1 active and 4 inactive companies)
16. Bookkeeping for three (3) Malaysia’s inactive companies
17. Other ad-hoc duties like purchase or disposal of subsidiaries inventories and assets and special projects
18. Must have worked on a strong ERP system.
Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
· Degree in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant / Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification with minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in IT/Telco, Maintenance company or any large distributor of IT products and or any Infrastructure Company
· Good understanding of FRS and accounting principles and statutory regulations
· Strong in Excel, PowerPoint fluent in writing and presentation skill
· Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent Communication skills
· Meticulous with high degree of initiatives and resourcefulness and Team Player.
· Strong sense of business acumen and stakeholders’ engagement to understand the organizational issues and challenges
· Able to multitask and work under tight timeline
· Experience in Navision would be an added advantage
· Timely responses to all stakeholders is a must
Remunerations and Joining time
· As per Industry standards – range S$ 65,000 to 80,000 including VP per annum- depending on experience and qualifications
· Joining needed - within 4 weeks
· Profit sharing is an option for enterprising smart Finance managers based on agreed KPIs
Potential to grow to Financial Controller of the Group in 3-4 years’ time
