Finance Manager (SAP Experience)

Responsibilities

·       Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely deliverables

·       Review team members’ work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards

·       Oversee full set of accounts, including month-end closing, posting of journals (accruals, provisions, deferrals, reclassifications), and balance sheet reconciliations

·       Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management reports, group reporting, and cash flow forecasts

·       Perform variance analysis and monitor cost accruals/provisions to support financial control

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, Singapore accounting standards (SFRS), and statutory requirements

·       Oversee tax compliance matters including GST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing

·       Prepare and provide required information to tax agents for tax computation and filing

·       Manage the full audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors

·       Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities

·       Work closely with internal departments to ensure proper financial reporting, controls, and coordination (e.g. stocktake, cost tracking)

·       Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in collaboration with management

·       Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, internal controls, and SOPs to enhance efficiency

·       Support ad-hoc projects such as system implementation and process improvements

·       Oversee calculation of sales incentives and coordinate with HR for payroll submission

·       Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·       Certified qualified accountant (e.g. CA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred

·       Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a full set / all-rounded accounting function, with prior team leadership or supervisory experience

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·       Experience with SAP system will be an added advantage

·       Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
