Finance Manager (SGX listed / Open for Auditors) - East

Our client is a SGX Listed company. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Manager to be part of their ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly and year-end consolidated financial statements.
• Responsible for SGX results announcement, year-end consolidation, forecasts, budgets and year-end statutory accounts for the Group.
• Responsible for analytical review of subsidiary companies monthly financials.
• Manage and prepare annual report.
• Work with auditors on audit matters.
• Responsible for establishing, reviewing and updating of group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirements:

• Min Degree in accounting or ACCA/CPA
• Min 3 years of experience in listed companies or in Auditing Company
• Consolidation experience is desired
• Strong knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Income Tax Act.
