Finance Manager (Single Family Office)

Finance manager role responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining full set of accounts for multiple local and overseas entities, and supporting treasury, cash flow management, costing analysis, and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

•        Manage financial operations including payment processing, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

•        Review full set of accounts for multiple local and overseas entities.

•        Review monthly financial reports, management accounts, supporting schedules

•        Prepare quarterly GST return submission.

•        Preparation of budget and forecast (FP&A).

•        Review bank reconciliations and ensure proper recording of transactions.

•        Oversee year-end audit and liaise with external auditors.

•        Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

•        Monitor company cash flow position and prepare cash flow projections.

•        Coordinate banking transactions and online payment processing.

•        Liaise with banks on banking facilities, fund transfers, and account matters.

•        Monitor funding requirements and support liquidity management.

•        Oversee overseas Capex projects

HR, Compliance & Administration

•        Preparation of statutory submissions and tax-related matters.

•        Support internal control and compliance processes.

•        Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

•        Handle communications with key stakeholders

Urgent task

•        Tax optimisation for Australia entities due to the recent sale of asset recently and Capital Gains Tax vs Withholding Tax considerations

•        Utilisation of tax credits
