Finance Manager (Southeast Asia Regional)

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

· Oversee overall financial management for Southeast Asia operations, including Singapore headquarters

· Work closely with local finance/accounting teams in Vietnam,Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

· Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems

· Standardize finance templates, reporting formats, and closing procedures across all entities

2. Financial Reporting

· Consolidate the financial data of the Southeast Asian entities

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner  

· Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards

3. Audit & Compliance 

· Coordinate financial audits for the Group and Southeast Asia entities, including annual external audits, internal audits, and special audits

· Ensure financial processes and operations comply with local regulations and group policies

· Monitor and improve internal control systems to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks

· Support management in strengthening compliance management and risk control initiatives

· Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant regulatory authorities

4. Team Management

· Build, lead, and develop the finance team

· Coach team members to improve performance and efficiency

Requirements

1. Education

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields

2. Experience

· Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience in Singapore

· Regional experience in Southeast Asia is preferred

· Experience in logistics or shipping industry is a plus

3. Professional Qualifications（Preferred） 

· Professional certifications are a plus, including but not limited to:

o ACCA

o CPA

o CA Singapore / ISCA 

o CMA

4. Skills 

· Strong knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia financial and tax regulations

· Strong analytical and communication skills

· Proficient in financial systems and MS Office tools

· Fluent in both English and Chinese (working proficiency required)

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
