Finance Manager (up to $7,000 West)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities, including month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow analysis to support business planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders on finance-related matters
• Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making
• Review and improve finance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Support management on financial planning, analysis, and other strategic initiatives
• Lead finance-related projects and perform other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognised professional qualification
• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
