Finance Manager_TWRP

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll postings and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate month‑end and year‑end financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate consolidation and reporting to China HQ; translate/clarify financial information as required.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements (GST, corporate tax, ACRA filings) and internal controls.
• Monitor cashflow, prepare cash forecasts and liaise with banks for payments and facilities.
• Oversee invoicing, collections and credit control; resolve discrepancies with customers and suppliers.
• Manage external relationships: auditors, tax advisors and payroll providers.
• Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures and systems.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting for senior management.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff; manage workload and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ accounting experience (working in regional or China‑linked companies is an advantage).
• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and corporate tax compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software / ERP and MS Excel; experience with Xero/SAP/QuickBooks desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus for coordination with China HQ.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Proven ability to supervise/mentor junior staff and work collaboratively across teams and time zones.
• High integrity, strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.
• Willing to travel to Tuas Nexus Drive worksite (pick up transport provided at Bedok and Boon Lay MRT)
