Finance Officer

ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer with proven expertise in managing supplier payments and maintaining compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, supporting smooth cash flow operations, and fostering strong vendor relationships.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

- Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices via Coupa and SAP

- Perform monthly supplier statement of accounts reconciliation

- Ensure timely closing of Accounts Payable

- Handling queries and advise on Coupa PO/GRN/Invoices/Invoice Forms/Approval Chain

- Check / Approve supplier onboarding form and banking form (including queries) in Coupa

- Cover duty for payment processing duties

- Implement process improvements to enhance greater efficiency of AP processes

- Attend to internal & external audit queries

- Manual posting of invoices, credit notes and journals

- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

- Proficient in MS Office Application and MS Excel

- Hands on experience using Coup and SAP S4HANA

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
