Finance officer

Job Description & Requirements

1. Responsible for monthly financial closing, preparation of journal entries related to GL, audit schedules and bank reconciliation
2. Cashflow management and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for transactions & balances.
3. ssist the finance manager in the preparation of monthly financial and management reports
4. Preparation of balance sheet schedules and perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet
5. Prepare GST return to ensure timely filing.
6. Engage with financial auditors on audit and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit
7. Conduct annual fixed asset sighting.
8. Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as apparent or as assigned by the finance manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification
2. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP system is preferred
3. Team player, good interpersonal skills, keen to learn and possess positive attitude
4. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to details
