Finance Operation Manager

Key responsibilities:

• To lead Business Process Operation as financial lead with one staff support
• Payroll operation and manage activities with HR as finance lead - Planning, Reporting and GL management etc
• Accounts receivable management. Analyse the AR status and work with the sales team to maintain current accounts
• Account payable operation and management
• Manage vendor information
• Employee reimbursement operation and policy revision
• Support quarterly and year end statutory audit (i.e.: preparation of audit schedule etc) Maintains accurate financial records and accounting controls follow K-SOX compliance
• Any ad hoc matters and projects

Required skills:

• Degree in Accounting or Business Accounting
• Minimum 7 years of accounting and finance. Working experience at a multinational company will be an advantage
• Candidates with experiences working in Chemical industry preferred
• Excellent knowledge in strategic planning, project operation as finance representative, analytical/modeling skills of business.
• Strong knowledge in Singapore FRS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong functional skills in SAP HANA will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Meticulous with strong attention to details
• Ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.
