Finance Operation Specialist (Entry Level)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates looking to build hands-on expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and corporate compliance. You will support the finance function across a large number of internal entities, covering monthly and quarterly accounting, preparation of financial statements, and statutory filings — gaining broad exposure across the full accounting lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform monthly accounting including bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and preparation of management accounts

• Prepare quarterly management reports and support quarterly GST/tax filing submissions

• Assist in the compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

• Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary and service providers to ensure timely submission of AGM documentation and ACRA statutory filings

• Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, and relevant government agencies on compliance matters

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all entities handled

• Handle ad-hoc accounting, finance, and corporate secretarial support tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
