Summary: Responsible for daily accounting processing, including but not limited to voucher entry, account verification, cost accounting, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. Participate in the formulation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, and provide financial analysis and decision-making support for management. Familiar with Singapore government, ACRA, and tax declaration regulations and requirements, responsible for annual declaration.
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for daily financial accounting work, including but not limited to voucher entry, account reconciliation and cost accounting, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
2. Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, and provide financial analysis and decision support for the management team.
3. Familiar with the filing regulations and requirements of Singapore government, ACRA and taxation, and be in charge of all annual corporate filing affairs.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or related fields is preferred.
Work Experience
3-5 years of relevant financial work experience, proficient in Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) and UFIDA NC financial software; candidates with financial working experience in catering stores are preferred.
Professional Skills
Possess solid professional financial knowledge and financial analysis capabilities, and be familiar with local financial, tax laws and regulations of Singapore.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with professional accounting qualifications such as CPA and ACCA are preferred.
Language Proficiency
Fluent in Mandarin and English as working languages with bilingual communication capability.
