Finance Systems Support Executive

About the Role

You'll be closely involved in customer deep-dive sessions — helping capture insights, track action items, and keep stakeholders updated — while also supporting service requests and maintaining clear, accessible documentation for the team.

What You Will Do

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

• Support stakeholder engagement by coordinating communications, scheduling meetings, and documenting feedback and requirements.
• Prepare and organise materials for deep-dive meetings, including presentation slides, reports, and meeting documents.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support for smooth execution of project and business activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Review and analyse data from customer deep-dive sessions, ensuring insights and pain points are accurately categorized and recorded.
• Track identified issues, action items, and follow-up progress from deep-dive sessions.
• Support weekly monitoring and reporting of Change Requests, Service Requests, and Incident Requests.
• Track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) progress for ad-hoc change requests and system release features.

Service Support & Documentation

• Support Service Requests from agencies in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain well-structured, up-to-date documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, for internal and stakeholder use.

What We Are Looking For

• Background in Accounting, Business, Finance, and/or IT
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with VBA advantageous
• Basic understanding of finance and/or payroll processes
• Experience with system implementation and maintenance advantageous
• Singaporean Only
