Financial Administrator (Accounting/Finance MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Capture and book invoices for travel and expenditures for APAC-based team members.
• Support the FP&A Manager by updating Actual Spend in global/regional files.
• Act as the primary contact for Inter-Company transactions.
• Manage and distribute Corporate Card and other claims, ensuring accurate charges and cost center confirmation.
• Liaise with colleagues on accruals, reversals, posting actuals, and journal entries.
• Monitor and maintain monthly KPI dashboards and update tracking sheets.

Requirements:

• BA or degree in Finance / Accounting (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in finance and administration.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides.
• Good communication skills and basic accounting knowledge.
