You will provide individuals and families with guidance on insurance protection and wealth planning, offering personalised solutions across life insurance, healthcare coverage, savings, and investment-linked products. You will develop lasting client relationships through ongoing portfolio reviews, uncover financial needs, and recommend suitable strategies to support wealth growth while strengthening your professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with holistic insurance and wealth planning advice to safeguard their assets and achieve financial objectives.
• Design personalised solutions involving life insurance, healthcare protection, savings, and investment-linked products based on clients’ requirements.
• Review client portfolios regularly to evaluate changing goals and make necessary adjustments to financial strategies.
• Identify areas of financial shortfall through comprehensive assessments and recommend suitable wealth enhancement solutions.
• Grow and manage a personal client portfolio by building trust, providing value, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Develop a professional reputation and personal brand within the financial services industry to support client growth and retention.
• Show adaptability and determination by actively participating in coaching, training, and continuous self-improvement.
• Explain financial concepts effectively and confidently to clients from different backgrounds.

Required competencies and certifications

• Meet minimum MAS regulatory requirements: Age 21 years and above
• Hold minimum educational qualifications: A Levels, Local Polytechnic Diploma, or Degree (any discipline)
• Possess Singaporean or Permanent Resident status as required for licensing

• Strong interest in finance, wealth building, and personal development

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Advantage if M5/RES5, M9, M9A & HI cert is valid
