We are growing a team of ambitious individuals who are passionate about building a sustainable career in financial planning and wealth advisory.

This role offers a structured development journey where you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to gradually establish your own client base within a regulated financial advisory setting.

You will be exposed to real financial planning discussions and advisory processes while building the essential knowledge and capabilities needed to progress as a licensed Financial Advisor.

No previous experience is necessary, as complete training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, priorities, and requirements.
• Support financial planning discussions covering areas such as protection, savings, retirement preparation, and wealth accumulation.
• Assist in building and strengthening lasting relationships with clients through continuous engagement.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio with guidance and support from experienced mentors.
• Follow structured advisory frameworks while maintaining professionalism and compliance standards.
• Take part in training programmes, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills.

Who We Are Looking For

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (due to regulatory requirements)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holders from any discipline
• Fresh graduates and mid-career switchers are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with a performance-based career structure
• Interest in finance, business, or client-facing roles is an advantage

Training & Licensing Support

We provide structured assistance to support you in completing MAS-required CMFAS examinations (M5, M9, M9A, HI), together with onboarding programmes to help you transition successfully into a licensed Financial Advisor.
