About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting — Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

• Budgeting & Forecasting — Lead the annual budgeting process and produce rolling forecasts to support strategic planning.

• Cash Flow Management — Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.

• Internal Controls — Develop and enforce strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk‑management procedures.

• Audit Coordination — Manage external audits, prepare required documentation, and ensure timely completion.

• Compliance Oversight — Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and industry‑specific financial requirements.

• Process Optimization — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP.

• Proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
