• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 per month + discretional bonus, medical benefits $500 flexi benefit per year and annual leave 14 days

Our client is an SGX Catalist-listed company seeking an experienced Financial Controller / Senior Finance Manager to support financial reporting, compliance, governance and finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance, accounting, reporting and compliance matters for the Group.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with SGX Catalist listing requirements, SFRS/IFRS standards and corporate governance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, banks, sponsors and relevant external parties.
• Handle GST, corporate tax, audit schedules, regulatory submissions and management reporting.
• Support budgeting, cash flow planning, cost control and financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance processes and reporting accuracy.
• Assist senior management in business planning, corporate exercises and process improvement matters.

Requirements:

• CPA certified.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance / accounting experience.
• Experience in an SGX-listed or Catalist-listed company will be highly advantageous.
• Familiar with financial reporting standards, audit, tax, internal controls and compliance matters.
• Able to liaise with auditors, sponsors, banks and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on, meticulous and comfortable working in a lean corporate environment.
