Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis for major IT and transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting frameworks, and budgeting processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design and maintain financial dashboards using Tableau and other analytics tools.
• Develop automated reporting solutions for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Process Automation & Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and operational risk.

Project Financial Management

• Monitor financial performance of large-scale projects including budgeting and cost control.
• Conduct financial health checks and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Support grant management activities including utilisation tracking, cashflow analysis, and compliance reporting.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar finance roles.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, financial modelling, and macros.
• Experience with SAP financial systems and integrations.
• Exposure to healthcare or technology industry environments.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python for data analysis is an added advantage.
