The Financial Planning Associate supports the Executive Wealth Director in executing and managing clients’ financial plans. This role covers sales strategy development, achieving performance targets, gathering and analysing client data, financial modelling, client engagement, and administrative responsibilities to deliver excellent service and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director in developing sales strategies, planning initiatives, and achieving business targets.
• Prepare for client meetings by organising relevant documents, reports, and presentation materials.
• Engage with clients to collect financial information and provide suitable advisory solutions aligned with their goals and needs.
• Follow up with clients to confirm details, understand requirements, and ensure all matters are properly addressed.
• Build and maintain strong, professional, and trusted relationships with clients.
• Perform detailed analysis of financial information to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
• Assist with researching investment approaches, financial solutions, and market developments.
• Manage new account setup, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and trade processing while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain well-organised and updated client records and CRM databases.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, legal requirements, and company standards.
• Support additional projects that improve financial planning processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
