Financial Planning Associate (Financial Advisory Structured Training Provided)

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Financial Planning Associates under a structured training and development programme within the financial advisory industry.

This role provides exposure to real financial advisory processes, including client engagement, financial needs analysis, and support in protection and wealth planning.

You will be trained and guided by experienced financial consultants to develop the foundational skills required for a long-term career in financial advisory.

This is an entry-level role with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial consultants in client advisory and planning activities

• Assist in financial needs analysis and preparation of client portfolios

• Engage in structured client interactions under supervision

• Learn and apply financial planning and advisory frameworks

• Participate in training sessions and professional development programmes

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to regulatory requirements)

• Diploma / A-Level / Degree in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and develop in financial advisory

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable mindset
