Financial Reporting Analyst

We are hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst / Finance Systems Analyst for a global maritime company. The role sits between Finance and IT, supporting financial reporting, forecasting, dashboard development, reporting automation, and an upcoming ERP migration from Navision to SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and management reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Build Power BI dashboards and automate reporting processes
• Extract, validate, and reconcile data from ERP systems and databases
• Work with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and IT teams on reporting requirements
• Support SAP migration, testing, data validation, and process improvements

Requirements

• Experience in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
• Hands-on Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL experience
• Experience with SAP, Navision, Business Central, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• Exposure to ERP migration, data integration, or reporting automation
• Shipping, maritime, logistics, commodities, or operational finance experience preferred
