Your Role:

As a Financial Services Consultant, you will begin by developing expertise in professional claims management, ensuring clients receive the right support during important moments.

Beyond handling claims, you will assist clients in identifying areas of financial vulnerability and provide customised solutions to strengthen their protection and financial planning.

Every client interaction is a chance to build confidence, deliver value, and develop long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients throughout their claims process with care, precision, and professionalism.
• Assess clients’ protection needs and recommend suitable financial coverage solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
• Take part in business growth activities, client education initiatives, and service campaigns.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of insurance solutions, claims processes, and financial planning concepts.

Who We're Looking For:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Diploma or Degree holders (any discipline welcome — training provided)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin — to effectively serve a wide range of clients
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, growth-focused mindset
• Passionate about making a difference in people's lives through sound financial advice
