What You'll Do

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.

• Understand clients' financial goals, lifestyle needs, and risk profiles.

• Recommend suitable insurance, wealth accumulation, retirement, and protection solutions.

• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide ongoing support as clients' needs evolve.

• Stay updated on financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in structured training, coaching, and professional development.

• Deliver excellent client service while working towards personal performance goals.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree holders.

• Individuals with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Candidates from any background are welcome to apply.

• Experience in sales, banking, customer service, insurance, or financial services is an advantage but not required.

• Candidates willing to obtain the required CMFAS certifications.
