FP&A Manager Professional Services

The Company

An international law firm with a strong global presence is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to join its Singapore office. This is a strategic and commercially focused role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, including Partners, to drive financial performance, insight, and decision-making across the business.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:

• Lead the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) function for the Singapore office
• Partner closely with Partners (fee earners) and Business Services leaders to provide actionable financial insights
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Deliver robust financial analysis, including profitability, matter-level performance, and client insights
• Prepare and present high-quality management reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Support pricing strategies, business case development, and investment decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
• Leverage systems (including Elite 3E) for reporting accuracy and process optimisation
• Lead or contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following relevant skills sets and experience:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualification (e.g., CA/CPA) preferred
• Significant experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment
• Strong working knowledge of Elite 3E (highly preferred)
• Proven ability to business partner with senior stakeholders, particularly non-finance professionals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills—able to translate financial information into clear commercial insights
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a hands-on approach
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, partner-led environment with competing priorities
