Full Set Accountant Global Investment Company Up to $4,500

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, taxation, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely manner.
• Prepare GST filings and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and tax regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial information as required.
• Support finance-related projects and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of full set accounting experience.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
