Full Set Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of account including monthly/quarterly/yearly closing (GL/AR/AP/Schedules and Stock)
• Prepare financial statement and XBRL financial Statement.
• Provide consolidation financial statement
• Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission for clients.
• Prepare Payroll, CPF submission and apply work pass (Work Permit/ EP)
• Assist in Prepare Secretary documents (training will be provided)
• Liaise and follow up with clients, auditors and government agencies

Requirements:

• At least LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Experience in accounting firm preferred.
• Able to work independently with initiatives
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in full sets of accounts.
• Hands-on experience in accounting software such as MYOB or Quickbook preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good working knowledge in Excel (V lookup, Pivot table etc) and Words required 
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Other Information:

• Work from home position (candidate only require to work at client office once per week, and come to office if required)
