Job Summary:
Responsible for full set accounts, financial reporting, GST, and payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who is able to review, understand, and take over existing full set accounts processes independently. An Accounts Assistant will be hired to support you.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
• Handle GST submission, CPF and tax matters
• Calculate and issue staff salaries (payroll) for < 40 employees.
• Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks
• Assist with year-end closing and audit schedules
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in full set accounts
• Experience in construction / equipment rental industry preferred
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and responsibility
• Preferably able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: Office hours
