Fund Operation Manager

1. Job Description

We are seeking a Fund Operations Manager to support the daily operational activities of our hedge fund.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement and exception resolution.
• Perform daily cash, position and transaction reconciliations with prime brokers, custodians and fund administrators.
• Monitor and process corporate actions, stock borrow, financing and collateral activities.
• Review monthly NAV reports and fee calculations prepared by the fund administrator.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, fund administrators, auditors and other service providers on operational matters.
• Support month-end, year-end and annual audit processes.
• Maintain fund operation procedures and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support the administration and daily operation of the firm's OMS/PMS and related operational systems.

2. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hedge fund operations experience (internship experience will not be considered).
• Experience managing the trade lifecycle for equities, equity swaps/TRS, futures, options.
• Experience performing daily cash, position and transaction reconciliations.
• Experience reviewing fund administrator NAV reports and management/performance fee calculations.
• Experience working with OMS/PMS platforms such as Enfusion or equivalent systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

3. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting convertible bond (CB) trading and operations.
• Knowledge of stock borrow and lending, financing and collateral management.
• Experience with Python, SQL or VBA for process automation.
• Experience supporting system implementation or operational process improvement projects.
• Working proficiency in Chinese or Korean
