Funds Lawyer

Our client, a Leading International law firm is seeking to recruit a talented Funds lawyer to join their esteemed practice.

Responsibilities:

• Will work across the full lifecycle of private funds, including structuring, fundraising, and cross‑border investor matters
• Involved in Funds formation and related advisory work
• Work with Fund managers and investors regularly, with the opportunity to work with highly regarded market-leading partners on team

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of PQE in the Funds practice from a reputable local or international law firm, and exposure to US Funds work would be of an advantage
• Effective communicator and commercially minded with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
• High level of independency in managing work flow
• Strong drafting skills with ability to provide sound advices to clients
• Admitted to the Bar in Singapore, England & Wales or Common-law jurisdictions
• The successful incumbent will be offered Cravath rates
