ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forex and Precious Metals Exotic Derivatives Trader to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of forex and precious metals markets, strong quantitative skills, and a proven track record in executing and managing exotics derivative risks

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage a forex and precious metals exotic derivatives portfolio (TARF, PTARF and similar products), to maximize profitability from client flow while mitigating risks.
• Ensure that all market parameters are properly maintained.
• Deliver responsive and competitive quotes to clients, as well as offering top-quality service to sales and clients, including the production of trade ideas.
• Monitor global economic events, central bank policies, and geopolitical developments that impact forex markets.
• Manage and optimize risk exposure within predefined risk parameters.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal trading policies.
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forex and precious metals exotic derivatives trading at a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of exotic derivatives structures, pricing models, and risk management techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
