We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional to lead strategic finance initiatives across the organization. The role will support capital allocation decisions, financing strategy, treasury optimization, M&A evaluations, investor engagement, and business growth initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to drive value creation, optimize capital structure, and support the company's long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning
· Lead evaluation of strategic investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture opportunities.
· Develop financial models, business cases, valuation frameworks, and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
· Assess capital allocation opportunities to maximize shareholder value.
· Partner with business and functional leaders on strategic growth initiatives.
Mergers &Acquisitions
· Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
· Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and synergy assessments.
· Support transaction execution, negotiations, and post-merger integration activities.
· Coordinate with external advisors, legal counsel, and investment banks.
Capital Structure & Financing
· Develop and execute funding strategies to support growth and working capital requirements.
· Assess debt and equity financing alternatives and optimize capital structure.
· Support negotiations with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors.
· Monitor financing markets and recommend opportunities for refinancing or capital raising.
Treasury& Cash Management
· Partner with Treasury teams to optimize liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
· Monitor financing costs, interest rate exposure, and foreign exchange risks.
· Support development of treasury and risk management strategies.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
· Conduct financial performance reviews and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
· Develop dashboards and management reports on key financial and operational KPIs.
· Provide actionable insights through financial analysis and benchmarking.
Governance & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal governance requirements.
· Maintain robust financial controls and risk management practices across corporate finance activities.
· Support external audits, financing reviews, and due diligence processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA,CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
· MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
· 12–18 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, M&A, Treasury, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
· Experience within multinational organizations, commodities, agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or trading industries preferred.
· Demonstrated experience in transaction execution, fundraising, and financial modelling.
· Experience interacting with senior executives, boards, investors, and banking partners.
· Advanced financial modelling and valuation expertise.
· Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance principles, and financing structures.
· Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting frameworks.
· Excellence in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
