Role Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, dynamic, and growth-oriented General Manager to spearhead our operations and drive business expansion. The successful candidate will lead our professional teams across corporate secretarial, accounting, and tax compliance sectors, ensuring impeccable client service delivery while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities to elevate our market presence in Singapore and regionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development:

  • Proactively drive client acquisition and build long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients, partners, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

  • Formulate and execute business development strategies to expand our service portfolio in Accounting, Tax, Corporate Secretarial, and Family Office Advisory.

  • Cross-sell value-added consultancy and advisory services to existing client accounts.

• Operational & Team Leadership:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting, corporate secretarial, and tax compliance departments to ensure high efficiency and accurate delivery.

  • Mentor, lead, and develop professional staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance working environment.

  • Review and streamline internal workflow processes and technical working paper procedures to maximize organizational productivity.

• Compliance, Risk & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all corporate secretarial and accounting operations strictly comply with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, IRAS tax guidelines, and AML/CFT statutory standards.

  • Act as a senior point of escalation for complex technical matters regarding corporate tax, GST, and corporate governance.

  • Oversee the implementation of proper Risk Management Intelligence (RMI) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) screening frameworks.

Requirements

• Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.

  • Professional qualifications such as CA Singapore, FCCA/ACCA, or ICSA/CSIS are highly advantageous.

• Experience: * Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience within the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) or Accounting firm industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

  • Proven track record in corporate sales, client relationship management, and driving corporate growth.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IRAS tax structures (Corporate Tax & GST), and ACRA compliance practices.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage both sophisticated clients and internal technical teams.

  • Entreprenuerial mindset with a strong network within the Singapore SME or international business ecosystem.
