• More than 7 years of FP&A experience
• Hands-on, strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Confident in managing high volume data and information from different sources
• Comfortable working with ambiguities and ability to work in a fast paced, lean and unstructured environment
• Highly independent, driven, resourceful, detailed, able to build things from scratch and enjoys driving improvement
• Problem-solver, dynamic and has a positive attitude

Job Scope

Our client is seeking a sharp, driven and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support the CFO and finance leadership team. You will contribute to the company's financial planning cycle, including rolling forecast, annual operating plan, and variance analysis; and play a hands-on role in maintaining the integrity of the financial model across revenue, margins, cash flow, and balance sheet. You are comfortable working with large datasets, building and refining models, and translating numbers into a clear narrative for senior stakeholders.

You will work closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to support bottoms-up forecasting, evaluate investment cases, and contribute to board and management reporting. A key part of the role involves identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate recurring analyses to enhance the team's overall efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, intellectually curious, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
