Our client is a leading global organisation in the manufacturing sector, seeking a resourceful and driven Senior Costing Analyst to support its manufacturing operations in Singapore.

Budget

SGD 7,000 – 8,000 per month + Bonus

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in standard costing within a manufacturing environment

- Strong understanding of costing processes, including cost rolls

- SAP experience is preferred

- Traits: Logical and analytical thinker with a resourceful, proactive and self-driven approach

- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Able to identify issues, evaluate root causes and recommend practical solutions

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline work processes, or a genuine interest in leveraging AI to drive efficiency

Job Scope

Our client is a leading global organisation in the advanced manufacturing and technology sector, seeking a resourceful and motivated Senior Costing Analyst with strong logical thinking to support its manufacturing finance operations. This role will take ownership of manufacturing costing activities, including standard costing, cost roll processes, cost of goods sold (COGS) variance analysis, inventory accounting and production-related financial analysis. The successful candidate will also analyse cost movements, identify operational and financial drivers impacting margins, and ensure the integrity of costing and inventory records.

Working closely with manufacturing and operations leaders, you will provide actionable insights to support business decisions and operational efficiency. The role will also oversee forecasting activities for multiple product lines, support gross margin reviews, divisional performance analysis and management presentations, while partnering with HQ finance stakeholders to proactively assess and communicate margin impacts.
