GL Reporting Executive @ Jurong East (Logistics MNC / Using SAP, AWS VB) #LSS

Our client is a logistics MNC located near Jurong East. They are looking for a new GL Reporting Executive with experience in using SAP system.

Job Scopes:

1. Part of the GL & Reporting Section in Finance
2. Responsible for the GL & Reporting transaction for all divisions (Centralized function)
3. Prepare daily oversea & local remittance.
4. Issue, cancel & renew Condo deposit cheque.
5. Inter-company issuance of invoice.
6. Petty Cash and e-claims custodian.
7. Posting of CA related to HR, monthly prepayment and agent comm reversal.
8. Prepare balance sheet and audit schedules.
9. Update daily bank balances and prepare bank reconciliation.
10. Ad hoc assignment by Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• Technical Skills and Prior Experience
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experiences in accounting & keeping full set of accounts.
• Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred.
• IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Independent, meticulous, and good team player
• Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
