Group Accountant/ Assistant Finance Manager

Job Descriptions:

1.     Lead the Group’s consolidation &financial reporting.

2.     Coordinate with external accounting service providers to ensure timely financial reporting.

3.     Assist with SGX reporting, annual report, and other regulatory filings.

4.     Liaise with auditors and other professional advisors.

5.     Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.

6.     Oversee the financial reporting and finance function of a local subsidiary.

7.     Support ad-hoc corporate exercises, including M&A, fundraising, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.

8.    Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and internal controls.

9.    Supports the CFO on strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or its equivalent.
• Relevant experience in Group Consolidation and financial reporting.
• Experience in a listed company environment and/or external audit of listed companies will be an advantage
• Meticulous, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to ERP systems, consolidation software, Business Intelligence / Analytics tools, or AI-enabled productivity solutions will be an advantage.
