Job Description

• Position Title: Group Business & Finance Manager
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $6000 + AWS + VB
• Duration: 1 year (Renewable Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation finance report, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and manage cash flow forecasting.
• Perform financial management duties and generate financial data, compile, and submit reports, analyse industry trends, and assess the financial health of the company.
• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Advise executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
• Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
• Monitor the performance of different financial instruments.
• Manage the preparation of the company taxation reports.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Finance and Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a senior finance-related role
• Candidate with finance background in sales, engineering, or mining supplier organisation would be advantageous
