Group Finance Manager

Job Description

• Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible
• Handling the full spectrum of Financial and management accounting which includes providing timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis the result of the company’s performance.
• In charge of preparing financial statement
• To ensure smooth accounts team daily operation
• Plan, coordinate and execute audits
• Preparing ECI and corporate tax reporting
• Account reconciliation and analysis and coordinate monthly closing
• Implementing policies and procedures
• Providing services in conjunction with the FP&A function
• Supervising Accounts executives and Cashiers
• Oversee account payables, account receivables, general accounting and fixed assets processes
• Handle Group Consolidation with multiple Overseas entities
• Experienced in Listed Company reporting
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Job requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
• Chartered Accountant is preferred
• At least 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting, and at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Good working knowledge of FRS, Consolidation, Taxation
• Confident, professional and able to take stress
