Responsibilities
• Oversee group revenue management and distribution strategy • Conduct daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting • Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends • Create and maintain a 13-month rolling demand calendar • Provide a weekly dynamic forecast of expected results • Reconcile payments and follow through timely payment collections • Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide a summary report • Conduct quarterly property performance review and develop action plan • Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means • Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process • Liaise with sales manager in regards to occupancy, rates, and reservations • Oversee daily tasks with respective hostel/hotel managers
Requirements
• Minimum education of bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline • Able to travel overseas for work (Min. 2 times a year) advantageous • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Hotel systems • 5 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience • Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
