Growth Marketing Manager

KGI is at a turning point. We are moving beyond traditional brokerage to become a leader in digital first trading solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to build the engine from 0 to1. You will own the end-to-end growth engine across paid, partnerships, and lifecycle channels. Your goal is simple: make this launch the new standard for the industry.

The Role: What You’ll Do

• Build the Growth Engine: You will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, owning acquisition across paid, partnerships, and lifecycle channels. From zero to launch, you’ll design the full-funnel growth engine and drive measurable outcomes.
• Own Strategic Partners & Clients: You will manage and grow relationships with key business partners and clients, translating their objectives into high-impact campaigns, ensuring strong alignment, and driving commercial outcomes on both sides.
• Own the Influencer Ecosystem: Build and scale a network of high-performing finfluencers. Defining the model, onboarding partners, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned to brand and regulatory standards.
• Drive Market Activation: Bring the brand to life through events, community, and educational touchpoints. Creating meaningful engagement that converts into qualified users.
• Optimize for Scale: You will treat growth like a product, testing, measuring, and refining every stage of the funnel to build repeatable, high-converting acquisition systems.
• Orchestrate Across Functions: Align marketing, product, compliance, and operations to deliver a seamless launch, translating complexity into clear, compelling narratives that convert.

• Full-Stack Growth Operator: You’re not boxed into one channel. You understand how the entire growth machine works. From partnerships to paid to lifecycle, you can connect the dots and translate product capabilities into real user adoption.
• Growth Obsessed: You think in funnels, not channels. You’re fluent in CAC, LTV, and attribution, and you relentlessly optimize for high-impact outcomes over vanity metrics.
• The Essentials: 4+ years in Growth, Channel Marketing, or Partnerships (Fintech/Trading preferred).
• Experience leading a major product launch.
• Fluent in English. Mandarin fluency is a massive plus for regional scale.
