Job Description - Head, Brand Finance and FP&A

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve GEMs' financial goals. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive Strategic Revenue management and collaborate with marketing and SRM champions to provide necessary support
  • Lead negotiations and collaboration efforts to finalize and implement the Bugles partnership with Reliance and ensure seamless integration and alignment of goals between the organizations.
  • Manage Admin and A&CP by oversee administrative functions and A&CP budget and ensure effective utilization of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Drive Betty BDT Priorities and Set the Team for Success by aligning team goals with Betty BDT priorities and provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team is well-positioned for success.
  • Lead and manage acceleration projects to enhance GEMs' market presence and competitiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 3OP for GEMs.Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Offer strategic guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Drive Simplification Across GEMs by Identify areas for process simplification and optimization and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Robust Launch to Win Process for GEMs PILR and Influence BDT on the GEMs Launches by developing and implementing a robust launch-to-win process for GEMs PILR (Product Innovation and Launch Readiness).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and project execution.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
