$16,000 - 22,000 monthly
Working in close conjunction with NRI CO, it would involve the following tasks:
1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with the Regulator, local Government / Quasi-Government institutions and play a key role in facilitation of NR opportunities within the scope of activities.
2.Facilitating new to bank inbound customer for permitted NRI products & services thereby ensuring quality of facilitation including through existing alliances
i. NRI Savings Bank Accounts.
ii. Term deposits/ Deposit linked products
iii. Facilitation of Home loans
iv. Products offered by Bank's overseas offices.
3.Ensuring excellent customer service through the team, handling queries and resolving customer complaints thereby ensuring customer delight.
4.Establish good working relations with the host Regulator, Statutory Authorites, key customers, other stake holders & Corporate Office
5.Ensuring proper & effective house keeping
i. Monitoring of service quality, updation of Registers, Periodic MIS and liasoning with PR and other statutory obligations etc
ii.Effectively managing the HR matters
iii.Effectively managing the Admin matters
6. Exemplary leadership leading to efficient management , training & development of staff
i. Manage the cultural ethos of the office.
ii. To facilitate/implement initiatives to enhance resource effectiveness.
iii. Training, coaching and mentoring the staff for effective Customer management.
