Head of Capital Market Fundraising

Job Summary

Lead and execute end-to-end fundraising cycles, capital-raising initiatives, and public listing strategies including IPO and De-SPAC transactions. Collaborate with investment teams to structure funds, craft market narratives, and negotiate financial and legal terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fundraising cycles by positioning products and drafting Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) to close investor mandates
• Drive the company’s capital-raising initiatives and support IPO and/or De-SPAC transaction strategies
• Collaborate with investment teams to design fund structures that align with strategic goals
• Craft compelling market narratives to effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition
• Negotiate financial and legal terms for debtor equity instruments to secure favorable outcomes
• Support planning, preparation, and execution of IPO and/or De-SPAC transactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications
• 8 to 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, fundraising, or related fields
• Proven track record in fundraising, capital raising, IPO, SPAC/De-SPAC transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic financing activities
• Established network of institutional investors, family offices, private equity firms, venture capital funds, investment banks, and financial institutions
