Head of Consumer Services (Digital Lending, Consumer loans)

• Take full ownership of P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
• Develop and implement growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities, including new loan products, strategic partnerships, and embedded finance solutions.
• Optimize acquisition funnels and drive data-driven experimentation to enhance platform performance.
• Oversee credit models, underwriting frameworks, and overall risk appetite management.
• Partner closely with risk teams to achieve a balanced approach between business growth and portfolio quality.
• Strengthen and enhance recovery processes to maximize portfolio returns.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end digital lending experience.
• Oversee loan operations, including disbursement, servicing, and collections strategies.
• Promote compliance and responsible lending practices within regulated environments.

Requirements:

• With at least 5 to 8 years of experience in consumer lending, fintech, or financial service
• Proven P&L ownership and business leadership experience
• Strong understanding of digital lending / consumer loans
• Experience in a regulated environment (Singapore preferred)
• Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Track record of scaling loan portfolios or fintech products
