Provide financial planning, forecasting, performanceanalysis, and strategic decision support to country management. Act as atrusted business partner to drive growth, profitability, and operationalperformance.

You will enjoy having theseresponsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of policies, processes, procedures, tools and standards for FP&A in compliance with FP&A Hub guidelines
• Analyze detailed data concerning BS, IS by destination, CF (Direct and Indirect), Working Capital in accordance with FP&A Hub guidelines, policy, procedures and deadlines for all scenarios (actual budget, forecast, rolling).
• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Monitor and analyze country financial performance against budget, forecast, and targets.
• Provide timely management reports, financial insights, and business recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Conduct profitability, cost, productivity, and investment analyses.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Track key business and financial performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support business case development for new initiatives, contracts, and investments.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and performance management processes.
• Coordinate planning activities with regional and global finance teams.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional finance qualification is an advantage.
• 5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering experience.
• Experience supporting senior management in a multinational environment preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel capabilities (financial modeling, complex lookups, pivot tables). Experience with ERPs (SAP, OneStream) or BI reporting tools is highly regarded
• Knowledge of rail business is a plus (rolling stocks and signaling systems)
• Exceptional stakeholder communication, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
