Job Description

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning cycles
• Build and maintain robust three-statement financial models
• Develop KPI frameworks across revenue, margins, and customer economics
• Prepare board materials and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Partner business leaders on forecasting, investments, and strategy
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on pricing, cost structures, and growth initiatives
• Drive automation and improvements in reporting and planning processes

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience across FP&A or related fields
• Strong financial modelling capabilities
• Experience in using Power BI tool
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer-driven businesses
• Experience operating within structured reporting environments
