Head of Product – Fintech Platform & Infrastructure

Our client is a fast-growing financial technology company building innovative solutions across payments, wealth, and digital financial services. They are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead product strategy and execution across their core platforms and drive the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple product portfolios.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and cross-functional squads.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable products and platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product initiatives and prioritisation frameworks.
• Drive product innovation, platform scalability, and go-to-market strategies.
• Use data and customer insights to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across regional and global teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience within fintech, banking, wealth management, payments, or financial services.
• Proven experience leading product teams and owning end-to-end product strategy and delivery.
• Strong understanding of platform products, APIs, digital financial products, or financial infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Good to Have

• Experience in payments, treasury, wealth management, trading platforms, or embedded finance.
• Experience building products across multiple markets or regions.
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams on platform architecture and integrations.
