Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
• Support HR administration, including recruitment, work pass applications and renewals, and employee records
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and perform data analysis using Excel
• Coordinate with internal departments and government agencies on HR and finance matters
• Provide general administrative support and ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in accounting, HR, and administration is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Navision, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar
• Familiar with Singapore CPF, GST, and MOM Work Pass processes
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
